On the occasion of the public opening of the Palazzo delle Arti e delle Culture and the 2026 Biennale, the Ligabue Foundation also inaugurates its first artist residency, further strengthening its ongoing dialogue with the themes it has long explored.
The first artist in residence is Marta Spagnoli, who has been working since early February in a studio specially set up at the Fondazione Ligabue, developing a group of works created in direct relation to and in dialogue with the Collection.
